How soon should I book my appointment?
Appointments should be made at least 48 hours prior to desired appointment time. Feel free to text to check availability with 48 hours
Is hair provided with my service?
For best results, it is suggested to eat before arriving to our appointment. Drinks are welcomed. However, if your appointments 4 or more hours a snack or small meal is acceptable.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
No extra people are allowed during your appointment. If you are a parent of a minor child, you are welcome to stay. However, it is strongly suggested to step out due to the difference in behavior when parents are present.
Can I eat/drink during my appointment?

Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refunable. However, they can be tranferred when canceling before 48 hours of your appointment time. Deposits can only be tranferred one tiime.
What if I cant make my appointment?
If you are unable to make your appointment fot the time that you booked, text to reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment time. A second deposit will be required at the time of rebooking and will cover your remaining balance.
What should I do if I am running late for my appointment?
I understand running behind. If you find yourself running late for your appointment, please text with your eta. A f15 minute grace period is calculated for each appointment. After 15 minutes, you may be cutting into the following appointment. Please text for accommodations. A fee may apply to accommodate the next client.
