Welcome and Thank You for choosing to schedule with Kreated By Keisha

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING**

All Retainers/Deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable

A non-refundable retainer/deposit of 50% of the desired service is required in order to secure appointment. This will be credited towards your TOTAL. If you are not able to keep appointment, please notify me a minimum of 48 hours in advance to insure your deposit can be credited towards your next service. Appointments can only be rescheduled one time with credit. This does not apply to  cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time, no shows, or clients missing an appointment due to lateness. Any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void. APPOINTMENTS MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN A 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

If you do a no show with no communication, you will not be able to book in the future. e.
